Ingredients:
- Dill
- Garlic
- Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
How to Use:
- Grate 2 cucumbers and drain excess water.
- Add 2-3 garlic cloves (crushed) and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Mix in the Greek Mix for Tzatziki (ALCO) and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
- Blend all ingredients with 500g of strained yogurt.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to enhance the flavors.
